Every part of it was perfect, I loved location and rooms. The bed was comfy, so I had a very good stay. That was low budget hotel set in calm area, just next door to old town, the Casco Viejo Metro station, the river. Great for a short stay, highly recommended.

food was good, staff was comprehensive. location was exquisite, 0.5 km to bilbao airport, perfectly reachable. our room was splendid and it was reasonably priced, good value. service was efficient too.

The venue was affordable, I enjoyed the stay and the location was handy near to the old town and the river. They made my stay perfect. Warm units on the last floor. There was variety of fabulous meals...

Well, Wi-Fi was awful.

All in all a luxurious hotel and perfect 10/10 stay. Lots of appetising food at breakfast time. Property was clean. Private parking onsite was provided. Also, this hotel was situated 1 mile from tourist destination like mercado de la ribera market.

Spotless hotel, welcoming staff, cozy room. A market and stores were next to the property. The venue was minutes from the bus station called Cortes 2. It was nice to get wake up calls free of charge too.

absolutely great location, very bright room, amiable staff, i appreciated it. rooms were immaculately clean and the bed was fine. the service was fantastic here.
